COVID VACCINE NEWS
We are in the process of calling patients and booking appointments at the Beverley Racecourse for COVID-19 vaccinations.
WEARING OF FACE COVERINGS
Following the latest Government guidance, we will be asking everyone into our surgeries to wear a face covering.
If you are exempt from wearing one (see guidance below), we understand and would not ask you to provide evidence of this.
Please also note, we cannot provide any letters for patients confirming their exemption from wearing face coverings due to illness or disability. It should be sufficient for you to declare that you are eligible for exemption from wearing face covering, if you are challenged.
However, certain organisations have excellent face covering exemption cards that patients can print off or add to smartphones.
